These Terms of Use form a legally binding agreement between you and Keylead Media FZCO (“Keylead”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By accessing or using any Keylead websites, apps, AI tools, social-media distribution services, or related products (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

The Platform includes:

Access to social media distribution channels
Keylead.com, App.Keylead.com, and related domains
AI-powered tools used for real estate content creation
Marketplace features for browsing or promoting real estate listings

Using the Platform means you accept these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction to use the Platform. Creating an account requires accurate information, and you are responsible for safeguarding your login details. You agree not to impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation. Keylead may refuse or terminate accounts at its discretion.

2. Platform Purpose and Role

Keylead is an AI-assisted marketing and discovery platform for real estate. We provide technology, content generation, and distribution tools. We are not a real estate brokerage, we do not represent buyers or sellers, and we do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of any listing or property details.

All property information is provided by agents, developers, or third parties. You are solely responsible for verifying any information before making decisions.

3. User Responsibilities

When using Keylead, you agree to:

Provide accurate information about your listings, identity, or business
Follow all laws and regulations regarding advertising, licensing, and disclosures
Ensure that your content, photos, and media are yours to use
Not post misleading, fraudulent, or illegal listings
Not misuse AI tools or automate prohibited activities
Not scrape, copy, duplicate, or reverse-engineer the Platform
Not attempt to resell access to Keylead tools, accounts, or distribution

You are responsible for all activity originating from your account.

4. AI Tools and Generated Content

Keylead provides AI-driven tools to help users generate property descriptions, captions, marketing materials, and related content. You understand that:

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before publishing
You are fully responsible for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of the content you produce
Keylead does not provide legal, financial, or real-estate advice
Keylead may store, analyze, and improve AI systems using anonymized data from user-generated content as permitted by law

5. Social Media Distribution

Some subscription tiers include distribution on Keylead-owned social channels such as @houses and @listings. Submission of content does not guarantee publication. We may refuse, modify, or remove any content at our discretion to maintain quality and brand integrity.

Published posts may be removed without notice if they violate guidelines or degrade community experience.

6. Marketplace Listings

When posting listings on Keylead, you confirm that:

You have authority to promote the property
All information is accurate and updated in a timely manner
You comply with regional disclosure requirements and real-estate laws
Photos and media are copyright-cleared
No misleading, duplicate, or manipulated information is provided
You hold all required brokerage or licensing credentials if mandated by law

Keylead is not liable for user-generated listings, inaccuracies, or disputes between parties.

7. Paid Services, Billing, and Subscriptions

Keylead offers paid subscriptions such as Business, Business+, and Enterprise. By subscribing, you agree to:

Provide accurate payment information
Authorize us or our payment provider to charge recurring fees
Understand that all subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law
Understand that cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle

Prices may be updated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Platform—including software, AI systems, logos, trademarks, data, and visual assets—belong to Keylead. You may not reproduce, modify, create derivative works, or use our trademarks without written consent.

You retain rights to content you upload, but you grant Keylead a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display it in connection with operating the Platform and promoting listings.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in:

Fraudulent or deceptive behavior
Unauthorized scraping, data mining, or automated crawling
Uploading malware, harmful code, or attempting to disrupt the Platform
Harassment, abuse, or threats toward users or staff
Circumvention of any security or access controls
Posting spam, mass messages, or irrelevant content
Any use of the Platform that harms Keylead's brand or operations

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.

10. Availability and Platform Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or availability of AI tools, features, or integrations.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Keylead does not guarantee:

Accuracy or reliability of listings
Perfect AI output
Property availability or pricing
Results from advertising, social media distribution, or marketplace exposure

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Keylead is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations — in those cases, limits apply only to the extent permitted.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Keylead and its team from claims, losses, damages, legal fees, or disputes arising out of:

Your listings or content
Your use of AI tools
Violations of these Terms
Interactions or transactions with other users
Breaches of licensing, advertising, or real-estate laws

13. Third-Party Services

The Platform may link to third-party sites, payment processors, or APIs. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or actions.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations, suspected fraud, or actions harmful to the platform or community. Upon termination, your rights to use the Platform immediately end.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Dubai), unless otherwise required by local law. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Dubai courts.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use means acceptance.
