Uploading a listing on Keylead is straightforward. Here's how:
Step 1: Go to your Dashboard
Sign in and navigate to your Dashboard. Click the "Add Listing" button.
Step 2: Enter property details
Fill in the listing form:
- Title — A compelling headline for your property (e.g., "Oceanfront Penthouse in Sunny Isles").
- Description — Detailed description of the property, its features, and the neighborhood.
- Price — The listing price or rental price.
- Location — Full address including city, state/province, and country.
- Property details — Bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, property type.
- Listing type — For Sale, For Rent, or New Development.
Step 3: Upload photos
Add high-quality photos of your property. We recommend at least 5-10 photos covering:
- Exterior and entrance
- Living areas
- Kitchen and dining
- Bedrooms and bathrooms
- Any standout features (pool, view, terrace)
Photos should be at least 1200px wide for the best display quality.
Step 4: Publish
Review your listing details and click Publish. Your listing will be live on Keylead immediately and visible in search results.
